Pain Return with New Single I Don’t Give A Fukk
28.8.2026
Swedish industrial metal act Pain have released „I Don’t Give A Fukk“, a three-minute single built on grinding guitars and a relentless electronic pulse. The chorus is made to be shouted back at full volume.
Peter Tägtgren wrote the track with his son, Pain drummer Sebastian Tägtgren. Their partnership started on the band’s ninth album, I Am, released through Nuclear Blast in May 2024. The lyrics take aim at political theater, manipulation and manufactured division, and offer a blunt refusal to join in rather than any answers.
Tägtgren says he is throwing his view of the last ten years „right in your face“.

Frozen Crown Release Who Wants to Burn in Heaven from Album The Legend of the Six Kings
26.8.2026

Italian power metal band Frozen Crown have released „Who Wants to Burn in Heaven“ together with an official music video. The track is the third single from their sixth album, The Legend of the Six Kings, out October 2, 2026 via Napalm Records.
The record is their second for Napalm and continues the story of the Kings and the Tyrant from their 2018 debut, The Fallen King. Ten tracks move from speed metal to symphonic and melodic death metal, and include a power metal cover of the Goo Goo Dolls hit „Iris“. Sheila Franco hand-painted the cover art, Raoul Noise directed the videos and band photos, and guitarist Aleksandra Stamenkovic has joined the six-piece.
Vocalist Giada „Jade“ Etro calls the song a statement of uniqueness and freedom: better to stand as a king among outsiders than to beg for a place among those who worship conformity.

27.8.2026
Slovak band Wolnera have released the single „Desperate for a Drop“ with a music video, and the band continue to resist being put in a box.
Štefan Šimuni filmed and edited the video at Burn Fest Open Air 2026. Košice-based producer Radovan Kočík again handled recording, mixing and mastering, and produced the track with Ľubo Luterán. The single follows July’s „Art of Losing“ and continues the shift toward a modern, song-driven sound.
Formed in 2023, Wolnera have moved from the raw thrash of Product of Fear (2023) to the technical prog of Building Reality (2025).
